How to cancel auto-renew on your bundle and when refunds apply.

Cancel auto-renew anytime
Pi Leo Academy bundles are one-off yearly payments that renew automatically. There is no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee — you can turn off auto-renew at any point and keep full access until the end of the 12-month period you have already paid for.
How to cancel auto-renew
- Log in to your parent account.
- Go to Profile → Billing.
- Click Cancel auto-renew.
- Confirm the cancellation. You will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes.
If you have any trouble, email contact@pileoacademy.com.au and we will cancel on your behalf within one business day.
When does cancellation take effect?
Cancelling auto-renew stops the next yearly charge. You keep full access to the platform until the end of the 12-month period you've already paid for. For example, if you purchased on 1 March 2026 and cancel on 1 September 2026, your access continues until 28 February 2027 and no further charge is made.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first bundle purchase. If you cancel within 7 days of your first purchase and haven't completed more than three quizzes or one timed paper, email us and we'll refund the bundle in full.
After the 7-day window, or on renewal charges, we don't issue prorated refunds — cancellation simply stops the next yearly charge. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances (duplicate charge, billing error, etc.) please contact us and we'll investigate.
Pause instead of cancel?
We don't currently offer a formal pause feature. If you need a break, cancel auto-renew and buy a new bundle when you're ready — your practice history and student profiles are retained for 12 months after expiry.
