Cancellation & Refund Policy

How subscriptions work

Family plans renew at the selected monthly or yearly interval. Eligible trials run for 7 days after mobile verification and secure card setup. The selected paid plan begins automatically unless you cancel before the trial-end date and time shown in your account.

Cancel auto-renewal

1. Log in and open Account & billing.
2. Find the plan under Subscription details.
3. Choose Cancel auto-renew and confirm.
4. Check that the account displays confirmation and an access-end date. If cancellation fails, contact support promptly.

There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not erase your account or learning records. Contact pileoacademy6683@gmail.com if you need help. Do not send passwords or card details.

When access ends

Cancelling before the trial-end time avoids the first subscription charge. After a paid period begins, access continues until its displayed end date, and the next renewal is stopped. Refer to the specific date in your account rather than assuming a calendar-month end.

Refund requests and consumer rights

For a change of mind after a paid period starts, the published policy does not offer a prorated refund. This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any refund or other remedy you are entitled to.

Contact pileoacademy6683@gmail.com about a duplicate charge, billing error or service problem. Include the parent account email and the charge date or invoice reference, but not your full card number. We will investigate and explain the next steps.

Taking a break

There is no formal subscription pause feature. You can stop renewal and subscribe again later. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate; see the Privacy Policy and contact support about retaining or deleting learning information.
