Terms of Service

1. About the service

Pi Leo Academy (ABN 63 507 739 363) provides independent online learning and practice materials. These terms cover family use of the platform. School and educator use may involve separate agreed terms and permissions.

2. Parent and guardian accounts

You must be 18 or over and a parent or guardian to create a family account. You are responsible for managing linked student profiles, keeping credentials private and using the service respectfully. Free account creation does not start a paid subscription.

3. Plans and prices

Advertised family plans are NAPLAN + Quizzes: $8.50 / month or $79 / year; Selective Entry + Quizzes: $7.90 / month or $79 / year; Combined: NAPLAN + Selective + Quizzes: $13.99 / month or $149 / year. Amounts are in Australian dollars; the displayed amount is the amount charged for the stated period. The selected plan's content inclusions, billing interval and amount must be shown before checkout.

4. Free practice and eligible trial

Designated free resources and practice are available without a subscription. Eligible accounts can start a 7-day free trial after mobile verification and adding a valid card securely through Stripe. There is one lifetime trial per verified mobile. No subscription charge is made when the trial starts.

Creating an account alone does not start the trial. If you do not complete required card and mobile setup, your account remains on free access.

5. Recurring billing

Unless you cancel before the disclosed trial-end date and time, the selected paid plan begins and renews automatically at its stated monthly or annual interval. Review the amount, interval and dates shown in checkout and Account & billing. A direct paid subscription is charged according to its checkout disclosure.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel auto-renewal in Account & billing. Choose Cancel auto-renew in Subscription details, confirm, and check the confirmation and access-end date. Cancelling before the trial-end time avoids the first subscription charge. After a paid period begins, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues to the displayed end date.

For a change of mind after a paid period begins, the published policy does not offer a prorated refund. This does not limit rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. 7. Learning materials and independence

Materials support practice and revision. They do not guarantee a particular score, admission outcome or improvement, and do not replace schooling. Official NAPLAN is taken in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9; Pi Leo's Year 4 papers are revision material.

Pi Leo Academy practice materials are independently developed. Pi Leo Academy is not affiliated with or endorsed by ACARA, NAPLAN, the Victorian Department of Education, ACER or any selective school.

8. Responsible use and intellectual property

Family access is for personal study by your household. Do not share account credentials outside your household, redistribute restricted content, disrupt the service or attempt unauthorised access. Third-party names and materials remain subject to their owners' rights. Contact us about permission for school or commercial use.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
