Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Pi Leo Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Account eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create a parent account. Student profiles may be added by the parent on behalf of their child. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Bundles and billing

We offer three yearly bundles: NAPLAN + Quizzes at $99/year, Selective Entry + Quizzes at $99/year, and a combined bundle covering both at $169/year. Bundles are billed once per year through Stripe and renew automatically on the anniversary of the purchase until you cancel. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account page. You keep access for the remainder of the 12-month period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

• You may use the practice content for personal, non-commercial study by you and your immediate family members.
• You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or republish our practice questions, answer keys, or explanations.
• You may not share your login credentials with anyone outside your household.
• You may not attempt to circumvent security measures, disrupt service, or access the platform in ways other than the normal user interface.

6. Intellectual property

All practice questions, explanations, worked solutions, videos, worksheets, and other content on this site are the intellectual property of Pi Leo Academy. NAPLAN is a registered trademark of ACARA; the Victorian Selective Entry examination is administered by the Department of Education, Victoria. Pi Leo Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with ACARA or the Victorian Department of Education.

7. Disclaimer

Our practice materials are independently developed to match the general style and difficulty of NAPLAN and Selective Entry questions. We make no guarantee about specific scores or outcomes, and we are not a substitute for your child's schooling.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Pi Leo Academy's liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent annual bundle.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising under them will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
