Pi Leo Academy (ABN to be added) is an Australian-based online learning platform providing NAPLAN and Selective Entry Maths practice materials to parents and students. We are the data controller for any personal information you provide through this website.

2. What we collect

• Account information: parent name, email address, and optional phone number when you register for an account.
• Student information: first name and year level of any child added to your parent account, along with their practice history and quiz scores.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVC, or expiry date — only a Stripe customer ID.
• Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for security and diagnostic purposes.

3. How we use it

Your information is used only to provide the service you've signed up for: delivering quiz content, tracking progress, answering your questions, and processing payment. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not use student data for advertising, and we never share child data with third parties for marketing.

4. Children's data

Student profiles are created and managed only by a parent or guardian through the parent portal. We treat data relating to children under 18 with extra care — it is accessible only to the parent who created the profile and Pi Leo Academy staff who need access for support or troubleshooting purposes.

5. How we protect it

All traffic to the site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Database backups are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited to authorised staff.

6. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers.
