How does billing work?
Each plan starts with a 30-day free trial and is managed securely through Stripe. No card is required to start the trial. To continue after the trial, add a payment method before the trial ends; otherwise access cancels automatically. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans renew once per year after a payment method is added.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel any time from the Stripe billing portal linked in your account. If no payment method is added before the free trial ends, access cancels automatically. After a paid period begins, cancelling stops the next charge and your child keeps access until the end of the current billing period.
Is it suitable for my child's year level?
Topic quizzes cover Foundation to Year 10. Timed NAPLAN-style Maths papers cover Years 3, 4, 5, 7 and 9, with Year 4 included as curriculum-aligned revision. Selective Entry practice focuses on selective-style reasoning and writing preparation.
Does it include worked solutions?
Yes. Practice is designed with instant marking and worked explanations so students can review the step they missed and practise again.
Is this official NAPLAN or Selective Entry material?
No. Pi Leo Academy materials are independently developed practice resources. The platform is not affiliated with or endorsed by ACARA, NAPLAN, the Victorian Department of Education, ACER or any selective school.
Do you offer refunds?
The first 30 days are free, and if no payment method is added before the trial ends, access cancels automatically. After a paid period begins, cancellation stops future billing but we do not offer prorated refunds for the current billing period, except where required by law or for billing errors.
I bought one bundle — can I upgrade to the combined bundle later?
Yes. Purchase the other plan and both will run side by side. If you'd like help switching to the combined plan, email pileoacademy6683@gmail.com and we'll arrange it manually.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are accepted through Stripe's secure checkout when a payment method is needed. We don't store your card details — they stay with Stripe.
Is my child's data safe?
Yes. Student data is stored in a private parent portal, not shared with third parties, and never used for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
