Each bundle is an annual subscription billed securely through Stripe. You pay $99 (or $169 for the combined bundle) up front and get a full 12 months of access. The subscription renews automatically at the same price on the anniversary date unless you cancel auto-renewal.
Yes. You can cancel auto-renewal any time from the Stripe billing portal linked in your account. Cancelling stops the next annual charge — your child keeps full access until the end of the current 12-month period.
If you cancel within the first 7 days of purchase and haven't used the platform meaningfully, contact pileoacademy6683@gmail.com for a full refund. After 7 days, cancellation stops future billing but we don't refund the current 12-month period.
Yes. Purchase the other bundle at its normal $99 price and both will run side by side. If you'd like a prorated combined-bundle upgrade instead, email pileoacademy6683@gmail.com and we'll arrange it manually.
