Optional real-world adventure

Yes, you can try a real quantum computer.

IBM’s Open Plan offers up to 10 minutes of quantum processor time per rolling 28-day window. An approved IBM Classroom Account lets teachers set up student access without credit card details. Availability and account eligibility are controlled by IBM.

Practise with our simulator first, then use the supervised IBM Quantum Composer guide. The hardware activity is optional; your certificate depends on passing the 17 quizzes.
