Use this at your own pace
- Year 3: A box holds 6 pencils. How many pencils are in 4 full boxes?
- Year 4 revision: What is 3/4 of 20?
- Year 5: A ribbon is 1.5 m long. You use 0.65 m. How much remains?
- Year 7: Solve 3x + 5 = 23.
- Year 9: A right-angled triangle has shorter sides 6 cm and 8 cm. Find the hypotenuse.

Worked answers
- 24 pencils: 4 × 6 = 24.
- 15: 20 ÷ 4 × 3 = 15.
- 0.85 m: 1.50 − 0.65 = 0.85.
- x = 6: subtract 5, then divide by 3.
- 10 cm: √(6² + 8²) = √100 = 10.
